Meet Mary Mitchell
Mary creates paintings that range from bold, abstract acrylics to pieces that transform under UV light and glow in the dark. She loves both approaches — the richness and depth of traditional acrylics, and the playful, unexpected surprises that light-reactive pigments can bring.
Mary is drawn to the rhythms, patterns, and small moments of beauty in nature. Living on an Island, she is surrounded by endless inspiration, from the shifting shadows in the forest to the luminous pop of colour along the shoreline. Whether She's painting in a more traditional style or layering in hidden, glowing details, her goal is the same: to spark curiosity and invite you to see the world in a new light.
