A $20 set up fee may be charged if your artwork or photographs are hi-resolution and camera-ready. An additional $20/hr fee will be charged if NEOS needs to make your photos or artwork print ready. NEOS will contact you to approve the set up and prep costs once we review your file(s).
There is an extra charge for rush orders and international shipping.
Paper: NEOS prints on Aurora Art Natural premium matte acid-free paper that is made in the USA using 100% cotton. This professional grade, thick, museum quality paper brings elegance, warmth, and nuance to photography and art prints. This paper features a pleasing non-reflective, natural white tone with an ultra smooth surface designed to handle the heaviest ink coverage and make colors pop in blacklight! NOTE: Aurora Art Natural contains no optical brighteners. This is a benefit because the paper will remain its original shade over a long period of time unlike bleached papers.
